ABOUT THE CLIENT
Motif Home Decor decided to close their physical store location and thus needed to clear their store of their products and displays. Ocreative designed and launched a five week series of e-mail campaigns to the Motif customer base letting them know what products were left in the store, each with a personal message from the owner. We found that sending the campaigns out about an hour before lunch drew in customers on their lunch breaks who were searching out the products announced in the e-mail campaign. It was a successful campaign.
