Upon use of the Ocreative Server and Hosting Service, clients agree to the following:
Electronic Forums and E-mail Policy
Electronic Forums and E-mail Electronic forums such as mail distribution lists and news groups all have expectations regarding subject area and appropriate etiquette for posting. Users of these forums should be considerate of the expectations and sensitivities of others on the network when posting material for electronic distribution.
The network resources of Ocreative Design Studio may not be used to impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization to act on behalf of others or the Ocreative Design Studio’s staff. All messages transmitted via the Ocreative Design Studio servers should correctly identify the sender. User may not alter the attribution or origin in electronic mail messages or posting. Users must not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of computing systems or network and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access.
In addition, the use of unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM) for advertising, promotion or other purposes is forbidden on the Ocreative Design Studio servers. Such practices will not be tolerated and are grounds for contract termination. This applies both to e-mail sent from any Ocreative Design Studio’s server and to e-mail sent from other servers making reference to a website on a the Designer’s server. If bulk email is a desired service of the Client, please use an appropriate method for disbursing the bulk emails such as Constant Contact, an Ocreative Design Studio business partner.
Server Usage Policy
Client may only use the Ocreative Design Studio’s servers for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, pornographic, profane, or material protected by trade secrets. Furthermore, the Ocreative Design Studio expressly forbids anyone from using the Ocreative Design Studio servers for the distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material that we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of the Ocreative Design Studio’s administration. The hosting packages and storage are not allowed to be resold or divided.
Client agrees that it shall defend, identify, save and hold Ocreative Design Studio and the Host harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney fees, asserted against the Ocreative Design Studio its agents, its customers, servants, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any Service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Ocreative Design Studio against liabilities arising out of (i) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with the Ocreative Design Studio’s servers or those provided by a third party; (ii) any material supplied by Client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (iii) copyright infringement and (iv) any defective product which Client sold on the Ocreative Design Studio servers.

Let Ocreative search, register and manage your company domain name(s). We are authorized domain registrars for domain extensions including .com, .net, .org, .mobi, .tel, .biz, .us and more! Each domain name we register will include complimentary Domain Privacy Protection which safeguards your personal contact information. Any domain registered with Ocreative Design Studio can be managed through an easy to use web-based management interface.
